Practice last night was the sauce. My thighs screamed, my back ached, my legs got all noodley several different times…it was great. Plus, I coached for the first time! My TC co-coaching with me, Jimi Hitrix, designed a great endurance pushing practice that was totes fun at the same time…it just doesn’t get any better!
